Bambusa multiplex ‘Fernleaf’

This clumping species is an excellent screening plant. Relatively easy to maintain, Fernleaf is noted for its dwarf size and fern-like foliage. Producing many small canes that gently arch out, Fernleaf develops a dense canopy.

Fernleaf bamboo will typically grow 10′-12′ tall, however, it is one of the few species of bamboo that can be sheared into a hedge. This species can survive in temperatures as low as 15°F.
